《外国人工作许可证》变更办理指南

申请人个人信息（姓名、护照号、职务、类别）等事项发生变更的，应当自变更事项发生之日起10个工作日内向许可决定机构提出申请。

♦ 变更姓名：

6	姓名变更的其他证明材料	电子
7	翻译材料	电子	上述所有外文材料（护照除外），均需提供对应的中文翻译(包括印章信息的翻译)，并加盖国际合作处公章。
8	其他	电子	发证机关认为需要的其他证明材料。

♦ 变更护照号：

♦ 变更职务（指工作内容相关的岗位之间转换或升职等）：

3	聘用合同	电子	应提供中文合同，须由申请人签名并加盖单位公章，不能涂改。	合同应当包括工作地点、内容、薪酬、时间、职位、盖章签名页。
4	变更申请函以及相应的证明材料	电子	说明变更原因、新任职务等，用人单位盖章
5	翻译材料	电子	上述所有外文材料（护照除外），均需提供对应的中文翻译(包括印章信息的翻译)，并加盖国际合作处公章。
6	其他	电子	发证机关认为需要的其他证明材料。

♦ 变更外国人才类别：

注：

1、无需提交纸质原材料至国际合作处，请申请人自行保管。

2、通过线上审核后，凭《外国人工作许可证》和打印的受理电子回执单至受理机构办理变更；若《外国人工作许可证》卡面信息变更，则需将旧的《许可证》交还受理机构，并领取新的《许可证》；若《外国人工作许可证》非卡面信息变更，须更新《外国人工作许可证》芯片信息。

3、审批期限：10个工作日（以提交完整并符合要求的材料为准）。

Application Guide for Information Change of Work Permit

An application for information change in the “Work Permit for Foreigners” shall be initiated within 10 days after changes of the applicant’s personal information occur.

♦ Name Change:

♦ Passport Number Change:

♦ Position Change (Refer to Promotion or Change into Position of Similar Kinds):

♦ Foreign Talent Category Change:

Remarks:

1. Submission of original documents required is not needed. Applicants shall keep it well by themselves.

2. After online examination and approval is finished, the Work Permit, the electronic receipt of acceptance shall be brought to the licensing authority for information change processing.

3. Time required for examination and approval: 10 working days (after submitting qualified materials).
